Our primary driver is to help people solve their problems. We also have a passion for breathing new life into the properties and communities we work with. We like to preserve architectural history, create pride in ownership for our partners, and build a sense of community in our neighborhoods. We believe as investors, we are not only buying a property, we are buying a piece of history. A history that should be respected.
Our Story
Coming from the financial industry, we recognized a need in the housing market that was underserved. The housing market was booming yet there were still many people who could not sell their properties. They were upside down on their mortgage from the financial crisis or their homes were outdated and in need of repair. Realtors would not list them unless the owner made a lot of updates. Banks were not offering enough relief either. When owners tried to sell the home themselves, all they received were low ball offers from unscrupulous individuals trying to take advantage of the situation. Many times the owner simply could no longer afford to keep making payments and let the property foreclose. This ruined their credit and made it hard to buy another home. It also lowered the value of the neighborhood making other homeowners unhappy.
We believe there is a better way. We strive to always be fair and operate with integrity. We have built partnerships with like-minded businesses and investors to find creative solutions to some of the most difficult situations.
